The hotel's location was excellent, right by the Memphis Hilton and a very tempting lake. First Evangelical Church was within easy walking distance of the place. The room was cleaned well, and the bathroom was spotless. The room had 2 queen beds, a great view, and even a complimentary water bottle.

The hotel was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect position close to Starbucks on property with friendly employees and that very blue and very tempting' lake' and the Memphis Hilton.

Their staff were a little rude.

Convenient dining options nearby! We checked out this delicious spot called Red Koi Japanese Cuisine for dinner - it wasn't too far away, just a moderate stroll from here. 🍣

Wonderful brand-new hotel with good value, we had a really good stay. The property was in a central location to non-business activities.

The hotel has a beautiful location close to Graceland and downtown. The common areas and the Starbucks on-site were wonderful. The brand-new, good-sized room with 2 beds was enjoyable. The friendly service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations.

The location here was amazing, just a stone's throw away from Beale Street. Our room was stunning, with beautiful glass windows that lit up the space 🌟.

The location here was amazing with plenty of great restaurant options nearby, offering a delicious breakfast with a wide selection, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable.

My rooms were accommodating and tidy with the bathroom, a couch plus 2 queen beds as expected. Really enjoyed the service, including shuttle to the airport. The stay for 2 nights with my four children was enjoyable overall. The rooms were exactly what we needed - clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. The service, especially the convenience of the airport shuttle, was a highlight of our experience.

The central location is fantastic, just a short walk to on-property Starbucks and restaurants like Olive Garden and Logans. The staff is really friendly and exceptional. The room I booked was spacious, updated, had double beds, a great view, and reliable WiFi as promised.

The building itself, with its unique cylindrical design, is impressive and adds a touch of style to the stay. The second hotel representative I encountered was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great room.
